It's real late and I want to get my thoughts down before they're gone, so may edit this in the future for better cohesion.

Month-exclusive bases can only be bred during specific months. These are bases like Temporal in October and Pulsar in July. Currently, they can ONLY pass during their set month. That means that lionesses and kings with these bases are essentially not very useful for 11 months of the year.

I feel that kills many peoples' interest in these bases because you essentially have to hoard/freeze factors and if you want to breed the bases outside of their month, you need to keep a stock of combo lionesses. Not to mention the difficulty of completing actual long-term projects with these bases.

I understand this should create a high value for these bases, and I feel it does. The problem is that it doesn't feel like that many people want to invest in them for these reasons.

THE BREAD AND BUTTER:

I think this would help generate interest in the bases since the factors would be useful all year round and the studs would still have a chance of passing the base to them in the other 11 months of the year. It might 'drop' the value of these bases, but I think they'd be much easier to actually sell and would have more popularity on site as a result.
