Okay, so while I do understand why this would sound like a good idea, let me break down exactly why this isn't:

1. The Restriction on Mutations - this is to keep users from sex changing their heirs to female, sending them on hunts, and then sex changing to male. Hunting, compared to patrolling, is a far more consistent source of stats, and, unlike patrolling, it can be sped up by using GB, so really, the only limiting factor on that is how much GB you have. Which, for users about to make a G1 Statter, is a fuck ton.
2. Not Sex-Changing Patrolled/Hunters - Same reason as above, actually!
3. Restrictions on Breeding - This is to keep someone from being able to breed a female until she clones/produces what they want, and then sex-changing the female now that its worthless and kinging it. Basically a stop gap to try and prevent users from breeding a lioness until she's no longer breedable and then sex changing to king her, which could be disastrous for niche markets like RLCs, as just an example.
4. In the case of mutations, you have around three weeks to sex change them before they are no longer sex changable (0 months to 1y 11m is 24 days). In the case of adults, the game gives you thirty-six days. As much as it sucks when you miss out on sex changing a lion, it is, at the end of the day, entirely on you for not reading what the item does before you needed it. Sorry. I just can't support this, though I do understand how frustrating it can be when you find out something you assumed would be possible isn't.
