Quite often I send stud requests from my main account to my side king, and have on a few occasions then bred a lioness that I've sent a stud request to with my main king by mistake. The same can happen with stud requests sent to other users. I'm suggesting an additional banner on a lioness page to state whether a stud request is pending, like so:



Or maybe the same again but with another link that leads to the Outgoing Stud Requests page:



I know it's not hard to have a look at the Outgoing Stud Request page, and the site automatically cancels a stud request if you breed the lioness, but this might make things a bit easier?
