Title said it, not everyone lives up until 80 or so years, some lives 120 years, some lived 100, some lived 90, on and on. Also not just humans, animals can live more than their expected lifespan. A cat lived for 20 or so years though the lifespan was 10 or something. A dog lived up to 30 years, so and so. I suggest Lions should have a chance every rollover to show signs of death being soon. Since basically and technically you can't literally die from old age, only by diseases brought on upon it, I think they should have flavor text, I'm NOT talking about literal diseases, I'm talking about flavor text when you click on the lion that subtlety give clues that an old lion HAS a disease, I'm not asking for a disease, I'm not asking for a cure or treatment for these, just FLAVOR TEXT. About 15-19 years? 15-22 years? Or 15 to beyond?? What do you think should be the maximum age limit for normal lions? Flavor text: Rollover ( Start death count, from now on, this will be shown in health status of old lions within the rollover messages ) " [name] has been growing a bit more tired today, maybe the time would be ticking for them...? " " [Name] has survived for so long, and has finally shown signs of slowing down, they know the end is near. " " recently, [Name] shown signs of forgetting things they have remembered for their whole life, you overheard them trying to remebrr it all, but they end up making stuff up. " " [Name] has developed a lump by their belly, it doesn't seem like the ordinary Safou fruit can treat and get rid of the lump, it seems like they'll go soon... " Rollover expected death date: 2-14 rollovers They will die as expected, and now are stored within the temporary dynasty to memorialize or revive. |

I think 16 is fine. Old lionesses already randomly die after 15, but they're forced to die at 16. You can't breed them after 14, and if they'd live longer they'd sit around wasting server space. 16 is a reasonably good age for a wild female lioness. 0 players like this post! Like? |

We do already have part of this- there's a random chance for a lion to die on any rollover between 15 and 16 years. Flavor text specifically for older lions close to dying would be neat though. 4 players like this post! Like? |

I agree the flavor text sounds good but not the extended life for the other reasons already stated wild animals don't even usually get the chance to die of old age anyway 0 players like this post! Like? |

" and if they'd live longer they'd sit around wasting server space. " - leon ๐ฎ (#208511) Deceased lions in the memorialized dynasty take space, too. And there's more than just breeding a lioness, a lioness could broodmother and hunt for her pride. 0 players like this post! Like? |

It makes no sense to extend the life. 16 years is more than enough. Plus that is about the correct age for lions. They live about 15 years in the wild and 30 in captivity. 0 players like this post! Like? |

yeah, i know? and if they lived longer, that's even more server space being taken up by a feature that doesn't even make sense. lioden is extremely unrealistic in some aspects, but 15-16 was chosen pretty specifically to reflect real lions, and you can already make a king virtually live forever by continually keeping the appearance. a lioness that could live much longer would be fairly broken too. i mostly think it doesn't make sense. and by the time my lionesses hit 12, i'm mostly extremely ready for them to just die to make more space in my pride. i do not want them to live LONGER lmfao 2 players like this post! I think the flavor text could be good to use on the 15th birthday rollover, and they die as usual! Lions you want to live longer can always be frozen. :) 0 players like this post! Like? |

" yeah, i know? and if they lived longer, that's even more server space being taken up " - leon ๐งก | side (#211229) Immortal and memorialized lions also take up server space. People could die at 120 years ( there was someone who lived for a few years longer than that ), and I think Lions should be able to die at 16-30 years cuz lions in this game can't die from any other cause except for old age or killing them lol 0 players like this post! you can own a lion for 192 days from birth to 16 years, if you roll over every day. that is plenty of time. The flavor text would be neat but there is no reason they should extend the life expectancy of a lion. Humans are able to push the life expectancy because of medicine and science evolving with us. I usually retire some of my 14 year olds so I can make room for better quality lions. If you want a lioness to be around longer, throw them on a side account and dont roll over or freeze them with a jelly fish. No support. 5 players like this post! Like? |

@ready test the average age for a wild lion is 15 years. In the game they can die from anywhere from 15 to 16 years. It makes no sense to double their life span at all. 0 players like this post! Like? |

? I'm not saying anything about immortal or frozen lions lmfao, I'm saying lions living for fucking ever will take up MORE server space. Nothing to do with frozen or immortals which YES, do take up server space, but I'm not talking about them. Most lions won't end up in the dynasty or frozen. But if they live for a long time, that's a lot more lions sitting around for a longer time. Plus, humans are not equivalent in this case when these are wild lions without access to medicine or care. Sometimes people do everything counter to living and they still live a long time, but at least they tend to have access to life-extending care. Wild lions. These are wild lions. 15-16 was specifically chosen and changing it is a bad idea. Kings easier to exploit, lionesses potentially but still wasted space. I'd be angry if they decided to make lions live longer, but thankfully they won't. I really can't tell if you're a troll at this point or what. 5 players like this post! Like?
