After seeing a couple discussions in chat regarding issues with den comment boxes, I have a few ideas that could possibly help with making the feature more user-friendly, specifically for people who would like to receive comments, but don't want to deal with things they don't like.

Comment box rules

So this would be at the bottom of your den along with your other settings! But it would be more in-depth.
This could allow players to set up banned words, not allow links or advertizements, etc! All they'd have to do is type in a little line or tick off checkboxes for their preferences. An example could be

Allow links to topics? □ YES □ NO
Allow links to lions? □ YES □ NO
Allow links to trades? □ YES □ NO
Block all links □

And(with example words that could be used)

"Type in here for words you'd like to avoid having in your comment box, separate each word or phrase with a comma"

"Stud, Rp, *, snuzzle, nuzzle, uwu, owo, trade"

You could also choose to only allow comments from friends, similarly to pm's!

One more small idea, to prevent spamming from other players, the receiver of comments can set a limit to how many they want to receive by a single person over a period of time

"Number of comments allowed by one player in an hour/day/week(etc); "

Finally!! I would like to suggest that when someone wins a raffle lioness that their comment box is also automatically locked to avoid the person from getting on to THOUSANDS of comments about the lioness
