This is mainly for my own use and to keep track! Of course you can use this as a guide for yourself too. If you see anything I have missed or neglected to include, do let me know!

Please keep in mind, this plan is for the best way of getting items with high value!! This isn't for things like decor, low value apps, and other such things. This is my sort of "get rich quick" scheme. And again, this is MY way of doing this! If you have a different way, kudos to you! This is what works for me! Remember, ALWAYS CHECK THE WIKI. Especially for explore encounters, to see what is good for karma, and what is good for the most currency per interaction.

General advice, make sure you have your main account, AND your side account. Having two accounts will be immensely helpful in grinding for currency, and will be even more helpful in events like August, where there are two shops based off of your karma. Have one account have evil karma, and the other have good. Also, ALWAYS SAVE UNDERBRUSH. Doesn't matter what event it is, just keep collecting it. You will almost always need it.

Also, energy items are good to have in general for any event. Some events are just better to use them in than others.

Start collecting these at least two months in advance

January:
-silver beetles (at least 10k for 5 lion meat, 12k more for OG fur, extra would be good for apps)
-skulls of any kind (for boneyard)
-4 use carcass (laharu)
-meat chunks, zebra carcasses (laharu)
Advice for end of Novel: kill hyena queen for evil karma, let go for good karma

February:
Currency goal: 1900 heart shells (40 yohimbe, 5 buffies, 5 scrotes)
-roasted lambs/red bulls (need for energy regen)
-meat pies (for energy)
-speckled pigeons (to craft dove feast)
-dioptase, amethyst, garnet, hematite, kunzite, rhodonite, rough ruby, and tanzanite (80 each for app crafting)
Advice: don't fight any of the NPC's that will give you 1 heart shell. You lose 10 energy per fight, unless you have the stoic personality, but that is still 7 energy wasted that could be getting you more than 1 heart shell

March:
-murex shells (70 at the least, crafting)
-rainbow stones (90 at the least, crafting)
-rocks (10 at the least, crafting)
Advice: You will get an item called "poacher gun" from some explore encounters. Keep hold of these for next month.

April:
-poacher guns (explore encounter. not necessary, but nice to have)
Advice: the only item really worthwhile in these shops are the egg yolks. Do keep in mind, these expire. So freeze them on a friends account, or your side account if you're not using it, or sell them as quick as you can.

May:
Currency Goal: 3640 MB (8 red bulls, 5 giant tortoises, 5 lion scrotums)
-red bulls/roasted lambs
-Lion Skull, Lion's Claw, Lion's Tooth, Marble Berries, Marula Fruit, Porcupine Quills, Shiny Stones, Tail Tuft Hair, Underbrush, kudu horn, lion's tooth (all for app crafting, besides marble berries, those are for mush)

June:
Currency Goal: 750 KB (5 canopic jellyfish)
Advice: get as many apps as you can, they sell decently later on

July:
-human liver (for fighting, do be aware you cannot breed for a few hours after using one of these)
-comet shards, ionized plankton, prismatic scales, space rocks, underbrush (for interstellar marking app)
-celestite, howlite, jasper, labradorite, meteorite, moonstone, peridot, star ruby (80 of each for crafted apps)
Advice: once again, get as many apps as you can! Excellent for selling later, though these tend to be cheaper. If you get lucky enough to get an interstellar remnants, hold onto it for a few months before selling it.

August:
Currency Goal: 3000 DB (5 buffies)
-vulture eggs (for karma raising or lowering, not necessary but makes finding encounters based on karma easier)
-red lambs/roasted bulls
Advice: don't spend your currency, especially your bones, on vulture chase, tracking herds, or the maneater studs. If you do go for a maneater stud, use your beetles, not the bones

September:
Currency Goal: 1750 JB (8 ochre gnawrocks, 2 gmo cows, 5 red bulls),
-red bulls/roasted lambs
-meat pies
-15 large rocks, 10 lion skulls, 15 underbrush (for Harbinger. People always get stuck on this one, MAKE SURE YOU ARE PREPARED.)
-locust wings, underbrush (crafting, 355 locust wings, 50 underbrush)
Advice: I wouldn't bother with apps this event besides craftables. Gnawrocks are MUCH more valuable in the long run. Choose the medium quests once you get to the harbingers daily quests. They get you 10 JB, 10 ET, and 100x(LVL) EXP). Do not waste time on the hard ones. They take longer, usually like 2 days to complete.

October:
Currency Goal: 1500 BB (5 crunchies)
-devil's claw (for rabies)
-As much SB as you feel is necessary. (halloween bundles, for 1000 SB per bundle)
-shard of evil (90 at the least, if you craft extras, craft the manes)
-human bones, underbrush (30 bones, 20 underbrush, crafting)
-50 amusement items (per account)
-not event necessities, but I'd advise having temporal or witch factor lionesses in heat, or apps and ncls in heat, as you can only breed temporal and witch in december and they're worth a decent amount.
Advice: There are a TON of apps this event. No really specific ones to get, but I would grab the ones to give you the base for a temporal factor. Those would be unholy (unholy body), bast, sunset. Choose angels side for good karma, demons side for bad karma. Personally, I grind for BB on one side, and then stock up on said BB, to then switch over to Nirah's side to buy the crunchy worms.

November:
Currency Goal: 1000 ScB (20 giant tortoises)
-rawhide (shaman quest)
-ubhubhubhu, uqume, dream root, umganu, iboga root, marula fruit, Uvuma-Omhlope, buchu, imphepho, unzara, nut grass, honey bush (shaman quest)
-ammonite fossils (20) , cracked fossils (20), crumbled fossils (10), ancient fossils (20)
-bloodstone, carnelian, cats eye, fire opal, moss agate, nuumite, sparkling opal, rough opal (80 each)
-50 carnelian, 50 fire opal, 50 nuumite, 10 phantom quartz, 100 underbrush (windfall markings)
-50 Bloodstone, 50 Moss Agate, 50 Cat's Eye, 10 Phantom Quartz and 40 African Cucumber (sepulture markings)


December:
Currency Goal: 200 StB for jolly poses, rest go for arctic [4], aufeis [3], frostbitten [3], glacial [4], and ice [5] apps for later combo breeding
-not event necessities, but I'd advise having mistletoe factor lionesses in heat, or apps and ncls in heat, as you can only breed mistletoe in december and it's worth a decent amount.
-888 misc. items (per account, to gift to other players and get festive gift)
Advice: nothing else to really collect here, just get currency, check combo wiki, and buy those apps.
