Topic is self-explanary!

Blocking/being blocked by a user hides their topics from the Forum list, but their topics are still in your Your Replies in activity search.

I dont really want to see topics in there that give "Topic unavailable" error when viewed? Its annoying and a waste of space to have them show up there.

SO suggestion.
Please hide the topics of blocked users/users who blocked you from being shown in Your Replies.
If topic is unavailable, it shouldnt show up anywhere.

+ Subscriptions could also be "Hidden", so while you blocked someone/someone blocked you, you wont recieve notifications from their topics? SInce you cant see them, there's no point in being notified about them. (Idea by Terrinthia)
