are you allowed to post offsite links to like... introductory websites or social medias? like carrd/rentry/tumblr/etc.

i usually just go ahead and link em to profiles, but there were some rules abt offsite links that were a hint too vague for me to understand fully, so id just like some clarification. either that, or i just missed it entirely which could be possible considering how new i am
