My Mellie is in heat, but her father is (technically) my current king, however my king is labeled as deceased. I think what happened was I went offline and my account froze while her mother was pregnant, and even though I have the same king, I had to change my king's name and the game considers that a new king. If I breed with Mellie now, will the cubs be clean since I think I have a new king? Sorry if this is a silly question 0 players like this post! Like? |

Iirc it shouldn't cause an instance of inbreeding. Though it's been a while since coming back from my own hiatus, so it might be worthwhile to get a second opinion. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Hello! <3 Your King has the same ID, just a different name, so the system glitches & shows this error in her lineage. (Her cubs with your name-changed King) would not be clean unless you have mut-rep'd or replaced your old King; a good way to tell is to check his ID, changing his name doesn't change his id so still same lion. Edit: As Terrinithia pointed out, it won't show an instance of inbreeding but if you changed his name back to the original, it will suddenly show an inbreeding instance. ^^' In my eyes, this means not clean; but it's up to everyone for their personal definition. Hope this helps! <3 1 player likes this post! Like? Edited on 27/09/23 @ 04:58:26 by ≾ Rah (#156300) |
