If your still having trouble,

If your on mobile, i personally use Runestone, its like TextEdit but better and more simple.

When making; For easier upload:
You will choose your template or your own personal code.
If using Runestone, you will click the “+” icon in the top left corner and name your file as you want, but make sure you add the “.css” extension. After this, you will paste the template or your own said code into the text area.
Customize your css as you want.
After, you will click the css’s name at the top left corner after your done editing and click save (it should auto-save.)
You will then go to dropbox, tap the “+” icon and click “upload file”. You will upload your named css file (make sure it has .css extension and not .css.txt).
You will then click the share icon and click “copy link”
You will then paste the link into your notes and gather this link code: ( <*link rel=“stylesheet” type=“text/css” href=”https://dl.dropbox.com*/s/* ) {remove the *}.
When you paste this code into your notes with your css link, you will then minimize your link.
It should say “scs” and not “s” in your dropbox link. You will take the numbers and coding after the “scs” and paste it after the /s/.
When your done, it should look something like: ( <*link rel=“stylesheet” type=“text/css” href=“https://dl.dropbox.com/s/“YOURCODEHERE”/>

If you only want YOUR code:
You will paste your code’s template into said Runestone from the “+” icon in the top, again name your file with the .css extension.
Its just like making a new but already having your template uploaded and made :)
Anyways,
Save to your files (just like making it, once again) and upload to dropbox and do the same thing as above.
