It's not so much an event adjustment as just a new explore encounter for when the lanterns unlock on our den pages;

I would love to see an explore encounter where you run into trick-or-treating cubs and adols dressed up in costumes, like having a white sheet with holes cut out for the eyes draped over them or a witch's hat etc.

If you interact with the encounter, I think it would be cool if it acted similarly to the Lagoon/Lavender encounter, where you get random items from them, with one item being the Grand Prize - maybe a Halloween Bundle?

Will gladly listen to suggestions, so if you have any ideas for this feel free to post them below <3
