To get a Felis lion, all you need to do is mass-breed any king that has any primal mutie. There are NO items that increase chances of a Felis, nor is it worth it using the Pennyroyal on the litters - it only increases the % of it being a variation, but NOT the chance of any primal being born at all, so its mostly just a waste of money to use them, the chance of a primal being born will still be extremely low. Other than that, no mutation chance items improve the appearance of Felis in any way.

The general "mutation items" - Cotton Root Bark, Lion Meat, GMO cow - affect only the chances of random mutations to be born, NOT of a passable mutations to pass. They actually hurt them, in fact, as they roll first - so if some random achromia or folded ears roll, it could block the chance of felis to be born.

So, in short - for Felis, dont use ANY items, rather, find the cheapest primal studs and send as many breed requests as you can to them.
