i wouldn't, personally. it appears to just be one single dawn marking and not even one of the BO ones. i'd only call something dawn if it has the base

Technically no, if I saw a trade saying "Dawn lion" I'd expect it to have the dawn base, as would a lot of dawn breeders. You can however say Dawn Marked - but Valiant is an applicator mark anyway so not really valued.

Theoretically you can call it that, since technically the lion does have a dawn marking, but most people wouldn't really consider it so. Personally I definitely wouldn't. It can even be unpopular in some instances to do so if people click expecting it to mean base.

I would only describe a lion as 'a dawn' if it actually had the Dawn base, since I think that's the general expectation. For only a marking I would say 1x dawn, or dawn marked, or something along those lines, or just include it in a list of other traits (e.g. 5M celestial dawn feline etc).
