This is a pretty common combo marking wise, but base wise is where you're a bit screwed.

The easiest way to get a triple rosette is with Leopons & Gnawrocks.
I would try and get a double rosette leopon cub with Mottled Rosette & one of the noctis rosettes.
Then you're going to want to find a stud that's ideally sunset, with MR and the other rosette, but essentially this combo doesn't exist (I just checked).

This project will likely run into thousands of GB unless you have a few hundred gnawrocks stacked away :')

From my experience I spent about a year of active breeding (approx 120 lionesses at a time and at least 30 gnaws used) to breed briar soft onto my boy since there were no kings whatsoever with sunset and any kind of briar rosette. I dont have the stamina to attempt a tri rosette version but it would be very exciting if you manage it
