I picked up the player-driven Trick or Treat event last year, after the old runner of the event decided they didn't want to do it again. It went over rather well, so I thought I'd bring it back!

Basic rules and idea is the same; if you've been participating in the Trick-or-Treat clan/event previously, then you already know how this works. If not, it's pretty simple! People wanting to participate will put lights ON or lights OFF in their profile (and name, if you like, to help people find you!)--lights ON means you are open and available to play, lights OFF means you aren't.

To get your Halloween goodies is simple; just send someone who's lights are ON a trick-or-treat message, in which your pride's cubs (or cubs in grown lion bodies!) come asking for goodies- or ghoulies! (Usually, but not necessarily, a roleplay message of sorts.) You are welcome to offer treats, tricks, or both! This thread is a place for people to communicate about the event, announce if their lights are ON or OFF, and to generally socialize and discuss!

I got some interest in a contest before, so I've opened one up; best opening, and best trick or treat message! If I get enough entries and nominations, I will give out a surprise reward at the end of the month!


RULES

If you lights are ON, you must gift in a timely manner. I understand that people get busy and have lives; but please try to get your trick or treats handed out sooner rather then later!

-That said, life happens, and sometimes people get busy or forget. Please don't harass anyone!

-If someone has not been gifting, please do not start drama; tell me via DM and I will let mods know.

-Please try not to trick or treat the same people over and over; try to wait at least a day before hitting the same den if possible!

-Keep it friendly! Much like the above rule, if anyone has a problem, please come to me and I'll bring it to the mod's attention if need be.

-Have fun! Most important rule. ;)
