Unfortunately chat never responded to my question so I’ll ask here: I am in a clan that created a raffle that ran about 2-3 days ago. I had bought a lot of tickets compared to everyone else so I kinda expected to win, but I never saw anything else about it. There is no ‘winner’ in the winners log, but the raffle is gone. I was never notified if I lost the raffle or anything, so I’m assuming it was canceled last minute? Would this be an issue worthy of getting a mod or admin involved? I don’t think any SB has been returned but again, there is nothing in the winner logs.  0 players like this post! Like? |

Was it possible that there wasn't enough participants in the raffle? This will also cause the raffle to cancel automatically. The Clan Owner and/or Clan Admin may not be aware of this so haven't refunded anyone. Upon further investigation, I'm absolutely wrong.  Unless there's a bug with Clan raffles that fail to run you should have been refunded. I just made a test clan raffle, entered a few tickets, and canceled it and was refunded.You can always check your User Log and/or Beetle History just in case, though. 0 players like this post! It may be worth trying to message the Clan Owner and/or Clan Admin about it.  Or you could try taking it to Modbox, possibly under the 'Other' option and explaining as much as possible. I didn't see any options for Clan related issues so that would be the best option in my opinion if you choose to do so. 0 players like this post! Okay, I found out what happened, it was sadly canceled and the tickets I’m assuming were automatically refunded, I just thought they still had the money we had spent on the tickets in the clan bank. I had to look through the clan spending log to find it, so if anyone else sees this post one day and has a similar question 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Glad you found it. I was just about to post that there should be a message in your user log for each ticket that says 'Had a raffle ticket refunded for # SB in clan #ClanID' Knowing me I overlooked the message when I thought it didn't refund them and a few members got some free  . :,D 0 players like this post!
