Bare Bones
Simple summary of what I want:
A commission layout or someone to adapt a css latout I've found to HTML.

Looking for a specific row order/ table setup similar to this :


the green \ mark a scroll then I've divided the headers.

I will not require you to infil any text but it would make sure it was minimum coded to appear as a header and all text was centered.

Style Preferences
I will be way more likely if u can select these but ofc its not required just an extream preference

I do have a handmade repeating background you can use if you want to mess around with that just give me the measurements so i can size it for you!

Ideally looking for either this css to be converted to HTML or something that looks similar.
