Normally it would be pretty obvious, based on how people set up trades and such. RLCs are normally recognised as being Bo heavy otherwise. Such as their tier 2 marks, breed only bases and manes and even combo bases. You can also look in a lions heritage, just to see if their parents are labelled as an rlc or nrlc (near raffle lioness clone).

This is also a raffle lioness directory that shows all RLCs. You can also check any lions (if they're an rlc or nrlc) by using the search function by entering any tier 2 marks they have and in which slot, or other Bo traits.

That's how I found that this chased was a near rlc:
