They pass naturally. 5% chance per cub born, so your best bet is to boost the number of cubs in the litter. Grain of Paradise or Buffalo Scrotum will guarantee a minimum number of cubs.

GMO Cows won't increase your passrate, and Lion Scrotums do not work on hybrids at all.
