It can be! You can check the wiki to see which encounter to look out for. It isnt really rare but sometimes the one you need doesnt want to show up. It is just an unlucky coincidence when that happens. Sometimes I find my encounter in the first 15 energy and sometimes it takes me all day. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

So I've heard that if you have a November quest in which you need to find something in explore, it'll decrease the chances of you finding it. Its really annoying, ik. (Im also struggling with this same quest lmao) 0 players like this post! Like? |

I have never heard of them actually implementing it. I know it feels like that sometimes but its the matter of bad luck. Like when you need a pen and suddenly cant find one anywhere. 0 players like this post! Like? |
