On your email you got to verify your account you should of gotten your username you made when you signed up!

If it says you can’t link them, then usually there is conflicting info between the two accounts (not the same birthday etc) so the system thinks they don’t belong to the same person. There is nothing you can do to fix it on your end in that instance - you just need to send in a modbox ticket and staff should be able to get it all sorted out for you, it’s a relatively common issue :)

Your username is just what you use to login with (private), i.e. NOT your public display name.

If you usually just stay logged in, or use your email address, and have forgotten your username then using the lost password page is an easy solution - link - you can get a username reminder sent to you by putting your email into the bottom box on that page.

And if you aren’t sure of the correct email address either, you can check which address you’re using at the bottom of your den page for the respective account, in the Edit Your Details section :)

Ok, i am so sorry, but i am stuck again- it says I "can't link that account". Idk what that means? Any futher help is very much appreciated!!!!
