Probably Folklore - 900 cubs and counting, due being heritageless, a pie, a Black Rose.... and I believe still being the highest stat lion active in the game. There might be a dirty king with even higher stats/living cubs that still rolls (like Indra does), but Folklore is always the one I think of.

It helps the cub count that the heavy hitters only roll like once a week or month, greatly expanding the lifespans of their kings and getting past that 15 to 20ish studdings a week limit.
