Referring specifically to the battle encounters this month that can be quest objectives - the Tsavo Lion, the Graveyard Hyenas, the Katanga Lion, the Transvaal Lion, and the Kalahari Lion.

Ok, so, I have a decent...ly bad memory. It doesn't take me too long to forget things on this game. I work full-time, so my mind is away from Lioden a lot. I also actively explore on both accounts, and sometimes I forget which one I'm currently logged into. So this month gets a bit jumbled for me a lot of the time, depending on which quests the shamans assign each of my accounts.

When you get explore-based quests, there's a nice new button added to the specific encounters to fulfill the quest objective. Take the "Wounded Lioness" encounter for example. If you are NOT on the shaman quest "Great Ancestor Broodmother has requested that you tend to a wounded lioness in the wild", you'll have two options: Invite (claim) or Attack (battle). But if you ARE on the shaman quest, a third option is added: Tend Wounds (complete quest). For me, this indicator is SO helpful when it comes to letting me know what the hell my quest even is anymore, especially when it's been several hours.

However, no matter if you are on a quest to defeat one of the enemies I mentioned in the beginning of the post, there isn't really anything to alert the player that, "hey, this is that one guy, remember? GET HIM" other than remembering or opening a tab to the shaman page to check. I've definitely fought the damn Transvaal lion on the wrong account before.

Oh, did I mention that I'm a primarily mobile user? I happen to have a shitty phone that sometimes reloads the page when I swap tabs, so if I go to check the shaman page, I run the risk of losing the encounter. So yeah, I'll probably fight it if I'm not sure. Frustrating when it's the wrong account or wrong enemy entirely (stupid Katanga lion!! Leave the game).

My solution would be to change the text for each of these encounters to be different when the quest is active.

I have some ideas below, but they're not set in stone. I tried to keep the new text relevant in terms of the context each shaman provides when assigning the quest, so I hope I did a decent job there. (Spoiler for the sake of my post length)



If you have any ideas for new/old text for any of them, don't be afraid to comment below! Especially the Katanga lion. I don't know what to do about him.

This bit is somewhat irrelevant but, for what it's worth, I think that some sort of indicator for even the snake quest, if he assigns battling a specific type of enemy, would also be nice to have. I usually don't even bother doing the snake battle quest if I have to go out of my way to do it, such as "fight x amount of small felines" - it's just not worth it to spend your energy on battles that don't give anything but a small bit of EXP, SB, and 1-2% Impression. But hell, I'd battle a single small feline just to get rid of the quest... if I'd remember to. I often just let the quest sit until it expires because I'll be damned if I spend my money on a snake skull and he gives me the exact same quest with a different number. "Oh, you don't want to fight 8 small felines? I gotchu fam. Fight 10 small felines for me, thanks, bye"

I went on a bit of a tangent there. Anyway, if you guys have any criticism or ideas, please share them!
