SO I'm not sure how many people are particular about which decor they set to which backgrounds. Personally, I often compromise just due to how inconvenient it can be to find decor that does fit a background which is in the game and obtainable to me, but I find it satisfying when I do have the ability to make the decor in a setup match the location of the background, and occasionally spend an obscene amount of time searching google and/or my hoard and available shops to figure it out. (Finally had the bright idea to use the item catalogue first rather than just looking through things available to me, and find out where to get the things afterwards.)

I really appreciate the sets in the Gorilla Enclave, but monkey teeth are pretty hard to get, and there are some things worth saving for there—or rather, Yohimbe Bark is there—which make it hard to buy a lot of those.

Also, any suggestions on the formatting would be wonderful. I have zero experience with HTML.

SO! Since I'm assuming there are plenty of other people out there who, to varying degrees, prefer to match their decor to the backgrounds as far as "where does/did this species live" goes, I thought it might be convenient to make a thread for listing locations and outsource this issue to the community.

I wasn't sure if it should be sorted by location or animal/plant until I realized the latter would take a whole lot more entries, so I'm going to start by listing some backgrounds available on the site and decor which fits in them (feat. google and the item catalogue). If you have any to corrections or additions, offering them in the replies is highly appreciated.

In general, the most reasonable thing would be to update the list gradually, I think, so adding any bits and pieces to available locations—whether the locations are already listed or not—is appreciated; the relevant backgrounds will be added to the list as items are named.

(Well, that's all if this thread is of interest to others, because otherwise it's a lot easier for me to just keep the list in notes or something.)
