hello hello! thank you for checking out my adjustment suggestion. it is a fairly simple one that i think would improve the QoL of the majority of lioden players. after flipping through the forums, i couldn't find a suggestion or request to adjust this feature. as we all know, the lion wardrobe is an incredibly Big Part of the breeding project community. not only does it allow you to preview lions in their bases, markings, manes, muts, decors, etc, but it's fun to just play around with too! i don't know about you, but one of the things i absolutely hate about the wardrobe is not being able to save my design permanently. i'm not in and out of my wardrobe frequently enough to continuously renew that save and link, and i've lost many designs due to that. personally, i save the designs for breeding projects and such in the wardrobe, but i have also had to go through the hassle of writing down every single detail about the lion that i created to ensure that i don't forget something. no doubt, a similar thing happens to many players! i am proposing two solutions: 1. a notification message when a wardrobe save is about to expire. this notification can be something similar to "This territory has 1 lion(s) that may leave soon due to their low moods or starvation!" or could be included in the daily rollover summary. this would serve as a minimal reminder that your wardrobe save is expiring within the day. once rollover hits and the wardrobe save expires, then it would be lost, but at least the player would be warned of this first! 2. the permanent ability to save wardrobe slots. we have 25 save slots for the wardrobe, but what use is 25 slots if we can't permanently save our wardrobe creations? i certainly have never created 25 wardrobe lions within the span of 30 days, though i cannot speak for the rest of the player base. i am currently unaware as to why there isn't a way to permanently save these wardrobe designs. if anyone knows, some insight on this would be greatly appreciated! hopefully, one of the two solutions is recognized and implemented. thank you for reading! please remember that if you have any comments about this topic to keep them kind and considerate, and for any criticism to be constructive and not harsh! |

You probably can't permanently save wardrobe links because they take up server space. Deleting them after a spell frees up room in the server. I wouldn't support for making them permanent, but I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the warning in notifications either. I get annoyed by all the things in my daily rollover summary lol, but I don't save wardrobe designs, so I won't ever see it. A warning somewhere wouldn't be a bad idea, anyway, for people who care! 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Save the designs forever by copying the long link and turning them clickable with html! I have like 8 designs on my den page that have been there for months and months. (I think the saved designs expire after 30 days to conserve server space, but I am not sure.) Supporting the first point since I have goldfish memory. It would be nice to get a notification about the links being about to expire! I don't know about adding it to the daily rollover summary, though, because it's already fairly bloated as is. Or maybe it's just me having 160 lionesses that makes mine long :V 1 player likes this post! Like? Edited on 28/11/23 @ 16:51:47 by Bandit Gambit [G1, Project] (#98263) |
