I am trying to buy 50 or 20 GB in oasis with a master card that is hooked up to my pay-pal account, every time I go to purchase said GB's it will not allow the purchase to go through saying there is either an issue with my card or bank. Thing is I can buy anything else from other sites without issue, I have the funds to make these purchases so I know it can't be that at all. Help?   0 players like this post! Like? |

Check if your card has International Permit. Its the most common issue - Lioden is located in England, so its International for most players. Your other purchases could be from within-country located places? 0 players like this post! Like? |

I dont believe so, last time I tried I couldnt add money onto PayPal without linking a card to it, but that was a while ago  you would need to contact your bank and ask them if you can add an International Permit to your card! Some banks allow that to be added to already existing cards, unless they're hard-locked gift cards. You could also contact PayPal support about adding money to PayPal account without linking a card to it. Seems like it's not allowed to be purchased through England unless I'm there, is it possible to pay with just pay pal and not have to have my card linked to it? 0 players like this post! Like? |
