Quite simple. Just what the title says. A pigeon Mane and base.

It could be crafted from speckled pigeons in febuary or a combo. I have listed some factors that could work below.

1st factor: Pewter , dove gray, platinum, ashen , silver, sterling or dun (sterling fits best)
2nd factor: ennead , ogdoad, protea, rhodnrite, decennail, ador, bast, cotton candy, flamingo, nacre, nefer

I personally think cotton candy x sterling is the best one for it.

The colors are brighter on the mane as all the shading of the mane makes the normal base colors barely show up.
