Is it the den CSS you mean? You can search in chatter for free CSS/f2u CSS. When you find a CSS you like, you use the code linked to it, and put that in your den description. Remember to remove any '*' that might be in the code. Hope that helps, otherwise feel free to ask any other questions you have

I just can’t create an image that is compressed enough and also ends in png, so I don’t know how to put the desired avatar

Yeah, resizing an image that isn't already fairly small is a bit difficult. I recommended someone once, to upload the image (in it's original size) to Imgur, and then zooming out of the webpage to make the image smaller. Then take a screencut of the image, and the try and resize it again to the proper 150x150 dimensions. You then upload the finished result to Imgur and use the link it gives you.

I haven't tried doing it before, but I believe it should be possible to do it that way. Would love to know if it works for you!
