In my 5 years of playing Lioden, I have never seen tier 3 of the boneyard be opened by the community. Usually, admins will open it or we just won't get the t3 stuff that year. Which is really annoying! The t3 exclusives are pretty neat, and I want to be able to get them!
There's just no motivation to open it - why bother donating more carcasses if you can already feed your pride fine on 20 or 40% hunger boosts?
Currently, the primal MOD is in tier 0, available from the moment the boneyard opens. That's what everybody wants to get, and I think I understand why it's in t0 (it's a pain to keep digging and digging for it). However, I think that if it were moved to t3, there would be more player motivation to unlock the boneyard. Valuable items tend to be in t3, so the lion meat and giant tortoises could also be shifted. Or, the carcasses donated bar could be reduced.

I can totally see backlash for changing it, so I understand if this gets rejected. If anyone agrees, disagrees, or has other suggestions, please comment on this thread!
