would it be fair to be able to transfer cubs from one broodmother to another without a protection cooldown? for example, i've got a lioness i can retire, but she's a broodmother. i'm always low on lioness space, but i don't want to risk forgetting to re-protect cubs after the cooldown after removing them from the protection of the lioness i want to retire.

i sincerely hope this makes sense, and do let me know what you think of the idea.
