- Posting is reserved for approved CSS Contributors. This is to ensure that "CoQ" or "Codes of Quality" are provided. All CSS Contributors are members of the lioDevs Clan.
- Only allowing certain individuals to post enables the thread to be kept neat and tidy for the community's ease of finding Free Codes.
- If you wish to thank us for our work or otherwise comment on it, please leave a comment on our linked personal F2U CSS Forums or like our individual posts below. Thank you ♥

~ You are expected to follow an individual's CSS Rules.
- Each Coder may have their own Terms of Use for their CSS, such as specifics on: Frankensteining, Credit, Editing, Reuploading etc.
- If you break any Coders' terms, any contributor from this thread has the right to blacklist you from using their work.

~ Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE Are you allowed to:
- Remove Credit from any of the codes provided / in the HTML Tags.
- Resell or Redistribute the provided CSS.
- Claim you Made the CSS.
- Edit / Reupload the CSS UNLESS the original Coder allows.
- Use the CSS as a Template UNLESS the original Coder allows.

Reference / Guide to keep the Forum Neat!

~ Only one forum post per individual.
~ Utilize Categories and Spoilers within your posts to maintain tidiness.
~ If able, utilize scrolling on your forum post to not have a very long topic.
