I'm not sure if I understand what you're asking, so apologies if I am mistaken, but in case you are asking whether the decor will be deleted when she passes away, no; when a lion dies, their decor will remain equipped to them. You can remove the decor as long as the lion's records have not expired. Removed decor, just like in life, will then appear in your hoard. This is provided it has not run out of uses. An exception to this is your king, who will auto-unequip any decor that was on him, but it will appear in your hoard.
