I haven’t quite got an idea for this other than knowing I want it to be in the world of One Piece.

After the Strawhats make it to the Grand Line, they find there to be some rather new pirates and wonder how the hell it took such a struggle for THEM to get there.. They dock the Merry at a nice looking island with plenty of people and discover a festival of sorts to be whats causing all the comotion.

No spoilers. Nothing past when they made it to the Grand Line.
No 18+ themes. Romance is allowed, but keep the clothes on..
Swearing is allowed.
You can play as canon characters, or OC’s. If your wanting to make more than one OC, the minimum is 3.
