When private messages are reported to the Modbox, they are marked as "flagged" in Lioden's system to prevent them from being deleted until the situation has been resolved. Lioden's staff team must manually remove the flags on these messages to allow them to be deleted. On rare occasions, our staff team may forget to unflag a private message when the situation has been resolved. If you ever experience a stuck private message that you've reported in the past and would like to delete, we ask that you submit a Modbox ticket linking to the private message so that we can assist you further.
