This is my first suggestion topic, so feel free to give feedback! Also if you don't support, I'd love to hear why :) As someone who mass claims NCLs for impression and has their own lionesses, 40 free territory is far too low in my opinion. I have a couple ideas on how to increase our options for "free" territory. 1) Increase the limit for free territory from attacking to 50. It's not a major increase, but it will help newbies or people who are deciding on breeding projects. 2) Gorilla Enclave Reward. Pretty straight forward, add an option to increase territory as a reward for fulfilling a Gorilla Quest. This will keep the option to increase territory available, but still keep some challenge since it's only 1/day. 3) Gorilla Enclave Shop Item. Having the option to spend currency that you can earn in-game for territory instead of GB which is primarily earned with real money, would help the free to play players or those who just can't afford to spend the money on GB. 4) Event Shop Item. I haven't researched all the events yet, so I'm not sure what events would be good; feel free to suggest which event(s) in the comments! Add in an option to buy territory slots with event currency or earn territory via certain events tasks (i.e. piety, May battles, the Peddler, ect.) 5) Sub-male Patrolling. Have a very rare reward for Sub-Male patrolling be an increase of territory. Personally I don't have any motivation to patrol a Sub-Male unless I'm working on an heir for my king, so this could help motivate those who don't care typically about this function of the game. Obviously I wouldn't expect all of these options to be implemented. These are just a variety of ideas to make it a little more free to play friendly and hopefully increase GB within the community instead of sending it back into the game. |

I really like this idea it can be useful ! Also i think patroling option is best/most realistic, we could get message/options like (just for example) ,,your submale [name] found really nice unclaimed spot while patroling border, would you like to add this place to your terytory ?" (And idea for ansfer option) ,,Yes we need more terytory !" (+1 terytory space) ,,No we have enough terytory"(+X submale lvl progress/+X submale stats) 2 players like this post! Like? |

Kazkazimi, that's an interesting idea! The added stats/exp could also be a benefit to people who are grinding for stats. Perhaps when you decline the territory option it could choose between boosting you sub-male's stats, exp, or a rare encounter. Maybe choosing that the first time could unlock an achievement or title too! 2 players like this post! Like? |

Sorry but no support - to me it makes sense to keep free territory small ish (though 40 is already more generous than a lot of other games I've played) to encourage GB donations. Especially since more stuff = more server costs. Certain features like this that act as consistent GB sinks are also really important to the game economy imo, or GB just builds up and up. Some of the alternatives mentioned would also almost inevitably work out to be relatively more expensive than the current 2GB. There's no need to donate real $ to buy GB if you play regularly - it's very easy enough to save up items and SB to trade with other players. The GB Sales tab shows just how cheap GB is to exchange currently. Compared to the amount of GB you can sell gorilla enclave apps and stuff for, for example, using MT for territory instead would not be a sensible use of resources for almost all players unless it was stupid cheap. Ditto event shops - in most cases you'd be better off buying more valuable items and re-selling them to players; you'd likely be able to get more GB for territory spaces that way compared to buying directly in the shop, where chances are they'd have to cost a significant amount of currency. 2 players like this post! Myriad, that does make sense. Though the territory GB dump seems to be pretty small compared to RMAs and such in the Oasis: I saw someone spend nearly 400 GB on RMAs in one day which is wild to me. Maybe to offset it, there could be other rare/valuable items for sale for real money or additional sales that contain highly sought after items to encourage the people who can spend the money? The GB market is absolutely tanked rn you're right, but that's likely only going to last until the New Year's items are gone. Plus the cap on earning SB in explore makes it very difficult for people to actually stock up on SB for when the market tanks in my opinion. As for the suggestions working out to be more expensive, technically they probably would assuming the the event items would sell decently. But there are a lot of times when I have issues selling event items quickly unless I have them listed super cheap. Even if it ends up more expensive, I think having options is nice. Thank you for your input! You did bring up some good points that I hadn't thought about! 1 player likes this post! Like? |
