You can modbox it, they may be able to get it back for you, of course that’s no guarantee.

If it was bred to you, or one of your lionesses you can wait until someone adopts it, it will then show up in the cubs bred section. Then you can DM that person and see if you can get it back.

Other than that your options are severely limited

You can try to mod box it. See if they can retrieve it for you.

But if they say no, the only thing you can really do is hoped someone grabbed it. But you'll have to go through your sired cubs, look through all the ones named 'New Cub', hope you find it, then hope the player who found it will give it back.
