What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I was told to file the report here and not in the art bug forum, "as we suspect that it is not intentional for a Primal (Smilus) to have its artwork deleted when a Lab Test Frog is equipped to it." Is what they said.

The problem is that I was told by admins that I would be able to have my Smilus look like a female adolescent simply by applying a lab test frog and an Eye of the Tiger, but when I did my king was invisible and had a little icon in the top left corner that I believe means an image is broken/missing. I don't think it's supposed to be. I do understand that the smilus mutation is a MALE only mutation, but I was wanting to have the mutation be present genetically and yet have it look as though it is not mutated, as my marking design looks best in the adolescent female pose and I can decorate better.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I kinged my Smilus Mut, then applied the Lab Test Frog via my hoard, also applied the Tigers Eye via hoard, then all decor items Via Hoard and found my king was completely invisible other than the decor on top. Hope this was helpful.
