Hello! I have abandoned my lioden accounts for a few years now and only returned to the game sometime last month. In the meantime, I have lost the password to my secondary account. I followed the steps on receiving a new password, yet the game tells me the other account no longer exists whenever I try to log into it (I tried logging in with the very email address that I used to receive the password). I do not remember having either of my accounts suspended for any reason, I was just inactive for a few years.
Is there a way to get the second account (#118877) back? If not, how do I unlink it from my main?
Edit: I noticed while rereading my post that the IDs of the accounts indicate that it is THIS account that is most likely the secondary one. Oops! Still, is there a way to unlink the two, if the other can no longer be logged into?
