I'm looking for an CSS creator who's willing to help me make an CSS for an clan I'm thinking of making in the future.

I don't mind pay SB or GB for it when able (Currently I'm gathering the funds therefore won't ask the commission to start unless I've gathered the funds required for the individual.)
