Just kind of figured this out, so I am explaining the treasure maps very briefly and with my terrible explanation skills. Once you find a treasure map, in the top right corner there will then be a red box saying 'Show Clue.' Once that's pops up, it will show you one of the four maps. After seeing and going to which map the treasure one gave you, you will them have to compare the treasure hunting map to treasure map to find where the X is located.  2 players like this post! I had a treasure map but didnt know where i got it? is it a random loot from treasure hunting or are their clues on the map to their locations? 0 players like this post! Like? |

On the map the X will show the location. You will need to compare the treasure map to one of the four present maps to find out where it is located. Like say the X on the clue is next to the ship wreck, it would be in the tile that is the closest to where the X is. And yes, it is a random chance to get the map when doing treasure hunts. 0 players like this post! Like? |
