🌸 turnaround is usually around 3-4 days for single orders, but for 5/10 batches expect it to take around a week. for 20 icon orders it will be around 2.5 weeks. please be patient if it takes a little longer than that, ESPECIALLY if you have a big order or i have one in queue before you!
🌸 almost everything can be changed, mane shape/color, mutations, etc. (cannot do cyclopia or two heads)
🌸 i take payment upfront, i am willing to accept refunds if i have not begun working on them yet. i will let you know when it is time to pay! please send the GB to me as a "gift"!
🌸if you order a lioden lion commission then i cannot guarantee that all the markings will be completely accurate! they are hard to color pick and some of them get a little crazy
