What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
today I finished january's storyline and chose the option to kill the queen mother so that I would get the achievement "Game of Thrones, Just Smellier" since I was missing it.

although I do in fact have the achievement now, I never got the pop up at the bottom of my screen that usually happens when you earn an achievement. additionally, the achievement doesn't show the date/time that I earned it.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

missing date/time on the achievement.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. be missing the achievement "Game of Thrones, Just Smellier"
2. have your event achievements page open in a separate tab
3. complete the january storyline by killing the queen mother
4. receive achievement, but there isn't any achievement pop-up
5. refresh event achievements tab. the achievement has been earned, but there isn't a date/time recorded on it
