Must have experience with cds and be able to provide recent examples
Must be willing to let me submit the decor
Must be able to properly draw and shade fabric decors since it’s a cloak

The decor in question is a cloak and bracers for my king. This is something that an artist previously flaked on and stopped responding to me for so I have tons of reference pictures for what I want with it. I am willing to provide a little artistic freedom but I have a specific idea in mind for this.
