What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
There's two issues, but both fall underneath the same umbrella. I have the February event disabled, but have two things that are still appearing that I'd assume shouldn't be:

1. The link "You can flirt again! Visit Aphrodisia →" has popped up. Clicking the link- though I simply get the message "You have hidden event activity for this month-" temporarily removes it, but it has appeared twice.

2. On my profile, the "This lion has 0 happy thoughts, 0 awkward thoughts, and 0 frivolous thoughts!" text is still visible. I would assume that this would also be hidden, if the event is disabled.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?
Unsure if this is the correct statement, but technically the link to Aphrodisia is bugged, as it shouldn't be appearing.
