Hello! Is there a development adjustment you REALLY wanted to have but someone else thought of the idea already several years ago and stopped advocating for it *cough cough frozen lions heritage button cough cough*

Do you feel hopeless trying to advocate for that dropped thread because others notice the lacking leadership enthusiasm too?

I propose that we write a new clause for the GAME DEVELOPMENT boards only, that allows current players who petition via a new topic to adopt the old thread as their own if the original player (or it’s linked second account) hasn’t been active in over two years.

First come first serve the moment rollover happens two years after both accounts have been inactive. The original post may not be edited but the ownership of the topic will be joint in name (may say ‘posted by XXXX #xxxx’ and underneath the poster, ‘reintroduced by YYYY #yyyy’), as to not cheat the original supporters of the topic.

It sounds like a headache to work around for coders (in which I’m sorry) but I’ve noticed this happen with a few distinct topics. Just having an active name at the top is a lot more invigorating for everyone to participate.
