Art Bugs Fixed

* Fixed issues with files for:
- Ear Muff (all recolours)
- Pirate Cutlass
- Spiked Collar
* Fur and Feather Headwear has been updated for all poses and cub stages, yay!

Coding Bugs Fixed

* Fixed an issue with the Lion Overview "in heat" filter not showing lions when they were exactly 2 years old
* Fixed a minor typo in the new February hyena encounter
* Fixed an issue with claiming NCLs in December where wet season would be ignored and the dry season icon would persist
