Hi, this is fully possible, though combo bases are always a little rough.

Elysian is breed-only along with the skin color, and slot 5 would have to be bred on due to being tier 6 (they suck to RMA on). You'd need to get an elysian with eggshell skin and slot 5 cimmerian inverted zebra. You can apply the rest.

It depends on how much time you'd want to invest in this. If there are available factor studs with the skin you need, if you can find breeders, etc.

The hardest part will be getting the Elysian (because it's a combo base) with the Cim Inv Zeb in 5 *and* the skin. But the rest is applicator. So I'd focus on getting Elysian factors with the cim inv zeb where you want it, use an ochre powder or gnawrock to boost your chances of the marking passing. And I think there is a breeding item for the skin color.

Then you can just apply the rest when you get the cub.

Base - combo base, you need to breed Ice based lion/ess to Divine or Ebony based lion/ess to have a small chance of it passing on cub. It's easier to change the base for a applicator base or easier BO base

Skin - That is BO skin that needs the lion to be born with Haliotis base, so not possible with Elysian base

Eyes and mane color - lots of applicators to choose from in wiki

Blue Pointsettia markings - applicable with Blue Pointsettia Patterns marking applicator, available in December event shop or from another players

Cimmerian Wisp - available on Oasis marking applicator

Cimmerian Inverted Zebra - Random marking applicator specific marking, it will most likely take you a long, long time and thousands of GB to apply that specific mark on your lions since it's totally based on luck, random chance and yeah.

It's entirely possible, it just might not be an investment you want right now. Rock salts in Monkey Business are 200 and can guarantee the eggshell blue pass, and it always has a small chance of passing naturally if a parent has it, but that 200 and all the breeding attempts add up.
