hi so I'm kind of new and I have a question, I want dwarf lions but nobody likes my offers so I'm trying to breed one but I have no lion meat, gmo cows, or cotton root bark. What do I do?

That's why I suggested what I did - saving up Heart Shells (event currency this month) to get breeding items to sell. They go for a ton of GB, and HS is extremely easy to earn tons of this month. Within a few days you can easily earn plenty of event currency to buy breeding items from the event shops that sell for enough GB to buy several dwarfs.

As others have mentioned, you can earn GB by investing in event items, especially the breeding items from this month, as well as selling carcasses and converting the SB to GB, and, if you're an artist, doing GB commissions.

It may be a slow process, but you can earn enough GB without spending real-life currency to purchase a dwarf.

Dwarfs are one of the rarest mutations to pop up randomly, so personally I definitely wouldn't waste valuable breeding items on that. Almost none of the dwarfs you see around the site were bred that way, they're virtually all passed down from existing females using lion scrotums. So it's better to wait and invest either in a reverse breeding to a dwarf lioness - and then use both lion scrotum and buffalo scrotum (maximising your cubs = maximising your chances, since it's 25% per cub). Or preferably avoid the risk altogether and just buy outright.

If nobody's accepting your offers you're probably bidding lower than their lions' value. I recommend saving up HS, buying some breeding items from the event shops this month, and selling those to convert to straightforward GB. That way you can just buy out whatever dwarf you like that's up for trade in TC with a reasonable AB price, rather than messing around with offers :)
