What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
On the crafting screen, when checking off ‘hide unavailable event recipes’, it hides event relevant unlocked tiers ( February event crafting items that have been unlocked with tier three are not showing up, despite me having items to craft it. However it will show up if this is not checked off, and allow you to craft.)

When in crafting menu, select ‘hide unavailable event recipes’ unlocked February tier craftables are also hidden.
