This base is intended to be used for a February applicator. Since all of the feburary applicators are pink/purple it would be nice to have a red addition. The base itself is similar to Rough Ruby but without the purple tones. Having a bright red base without tints of other colors would be amazing for the colorbomb community.
p.s in hindsight I realize the hearts look dumb. try to ignore them
